Проблема с доступом в аккаунт

Здравствуйте! Если у вас проблема “Учетная запись не найдена”, то не переживайте. Все курсы, которые вы заказывали на свой э-мейл дублируются на почту. В поиске напишите наш домен unimys, и вы увидите все курсы. Доступ к курсам остался, проблема только с некоторыми аккаунтами.

Как исправить ошибку?

К сожалению, зарегистрироваться только заново.

Что делать, если у меня был безлимит?

Если у вас был безлимит, то на главной странице оформите его заново. Для этого добавьте в корзину, выберите ЛЮБОЙ метод оплаты, и напишите нам с э-мейлом. В качестве компенсации, мы активируем его заново, безлимит будет действовать со дня активации. Т.е. если у вас оставалось даже 2 дня, то он будет действовать на весь период будто вы его только сегодня купили. Извините за неудобства! Также мы увеличили срок безлимита, т.е. если у вас был безлимит на 60 дней, то теперь он на 365 дней, независимо от того, какой срок оставался.
